Erector Square is an eleven building commercial complex in the heart of Fair Haven, a community, within the City of New Haven, home to an array of artists, architechs, dance studio's, pilate's, photographer's and yoga studio's. Erector Square was established as a toy factory in 1923 by A. C. Gilbert the inventor and brains behind the metal, steel, nuts and bolts of the ever popular Erector Set.
Today, Erector Square is known as one of the largest rental facilitie's for artists. Painters, potters, sculptures, performing arts, artists of multi- media, photography and the list goes on.
Space from 160 square feet to 10,000 square feet when available. Cost range from $10.00 a square foot to $13.50 a square foot.
